Dispatch and Deliveries
All order submissions are obligation free until the final invoice has been issued and confirmed by phone or email. If delivery is required, the fee will be determined upon submission of the order.
Delivery is available to Perth CBD, Western Australia, for an additional fee. Pick up is from Banksia Grove, Western Australia. Address will be provided upon acceptance of invoice.
Payment for supply of materials will only be accepted once the dispatch and delivery details have been confirmed by both parties and an invoice issued. All materials will be inspected upon arrival/collection and will be free from damage.
Once you have submitted your order request, Simply Soakwells will contact you to confirm your order, delivery fee (if any) and delivery/collection date. Upon acceptance, an invoice will then be issued with the payment details.
Payment can be made in cash on delivery, by electronic transfer or by credit card over the phone or on-line via credit card (2.9% surcharge).
No returns will be accepted after payment, dispatch and/or delivery of materials has been completed.
While Simply Soakwells will endeavor to provide you with the best advice and materials to ensure you complete a professional soakwell installation that will last a lifetime, in the spirit of DIY projects, Simply Soakwells accepts no responsibility for failure of soakwells or soakwell plumbing as a result of weather or non-weather conditions. Simply Soakwells is also not responsible for any costs incurred by the owner or any third party as a result of failure of soakwells or soakwell plumbing.
